Fermented Foods

When we think of health we usually worry about our hearts. Then our lungs and whether or not we’re smokers. Cancer. Diabetes. Stroke. Arthritis. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, what you put into your body is the single most important choice you make for your overall and long term health.

Probiotic Supplements

As a general rule, I am not a fan of supplements. I think vitamins and minerals are better absorbed and come in doses useable by the body if they come from food. Considering the size of the super-food and supplement aisle in every grocery store, I am in the minority.
