1. Movement – Exercise is life!
Movement sends powerful signals to the 50 trillion cells of your body affirming that you wish to live, and that they should keep performing. Inactivity tells your body that you are ready to die, so time to start shutting down. Walk to work, take the stairs, swing your arms, hit the gym, or download an exercise app and workout at home. Send a clear and consistent message that you are here to stay!
2. Plant-based, whole food diet
As a rule, eat what is living. Think salad bar – fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus, and spinach. Then reach for chick peas, kidney beans, or lentils for protein. Our bodies are 70% water, and living foods contain energized water. Such water is required to reach the insides of our cells where it is needed most! Heart health requires genuine hydration, with a consistent supply of energized water that is also alkaline and free from any impurities.
3. Fight inflammation
We are assaulted by a continuous barrage of free radicals and oxidative stress. Pollution from engine exhaust, buildings, factory emissions, and forest fires, whether far or near, distant or recent, introduces toxins that erode our tissues and scar the lining of our blood vessels while scrambling signals within our nervous system. It is important to include powerful antioxidants in our diet, such as garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, grape seed extract, melatonin, and selenium. Antioxidants together with key nutrients supporting muscle function are available as supplements and should be taken regularly!
Beyond free radicals, we are repeatedly exposed to toxic chemicals and heavy metals, which predispose to numerous health conditions including cancer, before lodging in fat stores and bone only to re-attack us later with age-related weight loss and osteoporosis. Chelating substances such as spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, and barley grass serve to neutralize free radicals and oxidative stress. Fluoride causes calcification of the pineal gland which progressively blocks our reception of subtle signals and energy. Boron, tamarind, and kelp help to clear fluoride deposits throughout our bodies! Natural chelators are available as nutritional supplements and should be taken regularly.
5. Mental Programming
Our genes respond to the blood chemistry determined by our emotional states. Even if we choose to be positive, we are largely governed by the subconscious programming we received as infants – and 70% of that is negative. We spend a lifetime struggling against a rigid psychological framework we didn’t choose and don’t understand, which may be instructing our genes to produce disease! We know the universe is governed by quantum principles, and our attention creates the world we experience. We can hardly comprehend what our subconscious should know instinctively. Subliminal messaging during natural states of hypnosis can provide the mind-body alignment necessary for optimal health.
